🎯 Requirements

- GTM metrics fluency: GDR, NDR, churn, pipeline, quota attainment.
- Proactive partner who uses data to surface insights before leaders ask.
- Credibility at senior level; acts as a peer to executives.
- Data fluency and hands on with AI tools and agentic workflows.
