- 5+ years HR with business partnering and a generalist background.
- SaaS or high-growth tech experience; understands GTM and revenue language.
- GTM domain fluency: GDR, NDR, churn, pipeline and quota attainment.
- Proactive partnering; review data and lead business reviews with insights.
- Data fluency: build narratives from people data with AI.
- Hands-on with AI tools and agentic workflows; use daily.
