🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years HRBP or progressive HR generalist, ideally in tech or high-growth.
• Interest in using AI tools, HRIS, and Google Workspace to enhance employee experience.
• Degree in HR or Business and CHRP/CHRL designation.
• Understand how business objectives link to people strategies; ER experience.
• Proven ability to build trust, navigate conflict with diplomacy.
