  • Partner with managers and employees to address issues and improve performance
  • Lead process improvements and employee relations initiatives
  • Develop and monitor Performance Support Plans and resolve conflicts
  • Manage escalations and investigations into employee complaints
  • Design and implement programs to enhance the employee experience and culture
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform retention and development decisions

🎯 Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of HR experience, ideally in employee relations or as an HRBP/People Partner
  • Deep understanding of HR programs, including performance management and talent development
  • Understanding of employment laws and performance management best practices
  • Proven ability to partner across teams and drive organizational success
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders
