- Partner with managers and employees to address issues and improve performance
- Lead process improvements and employee relations initiatives
- Develop and monitor Performance Support Plans and resolve conflicts
- Manage escalations and investigations into employee complaints
- Design and implement programs to enhance the employee experience and culture
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform retention and development decisions
π― Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of HR experience, ideally in employee relations or as an HRBP/People Partner
- Deep understanding of HR programs, including performance management and talent development
- Understanding of employment laws and performance management best practices
- Proven ability to partner across teams and drive organizational success
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders
