π― Requirements
- 5+ years in HR, People Ops, or HR Business Partner roles
- Strong experience in employee relations, performance management, and Director coaching
- Working knowledge of employment laws and multi-state practices
- Proven ability to influence and coach leaders at multiple levels
- Strong judgment navigating complex, sensitive situations with discretion
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; autonomous in fast-paced environments
