📋 Description

  • Partner with leaders to design HR initiatives across employee relations, coaching, and development.
  • Lead high-impact HR projects: performance reviews, succession and talent planning.
  • Provide 1:1 coaching to develop leadership capability of managers.
  • Oversee early careers programs, ensuring a strong intern/trainee experience.
  • Leverage people analytics to inform organisational design and improvement.
  • Collaborate across HR to deliver lifecycle management, including offboarding.
  • Participate in final-round interviews to assess new talent.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business or related field.
  • 3+ years’ HRBP/Advisory in progressive, fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to participate in frequent 1:1 meetings with high energy and engagement.
  • Proven experience coaching leaders on people management strategies.
  • Ability to credibly advise senior leaders and follow through on commitments.
  • Strong communication: confidence, empathy, and diplomacy to build trust.
  • Pragmatic problem-solver with common sense to drive results.
