🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business or related field.
- 3+ years’ HRBP/Advisory in progressive, fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to participate in frequent 1:1 meetings with high energy and engagement.
- Proven experience coaching leaders on people management strategies.
- Ability to credibly advise senior leaders and follow through on commitments.
- Strong communication: confidence, empathy, and diplomacy to build trust.
- Pragmatic problem-solver with common sense to drive results.
