📋 Description

  • Maintains hands-on presence in the Contact Center to monitor engagement and culture.
  • Serves as the primary HR lead for employee relations and policy compliance.
  • Manages performance management, coaching on documentation, and PIPs.
  • Partners with leaders to guide day-to-day employee issues and team effectiveness.
  • Ensures multi-state employment law compliance (EEOC, wage-hour, OSHA).
  • Supports the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, retention initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
  • 5+ years HR Generalist/HRBP in high-volume or contact centers.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and multi-state compliance.
  • HRIS proficiency (Paycor, UKG, Workday, ADP).
  • MS Office skills with data analysis (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).
