🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- 5+ years HR Generalist/HRBP in high-volume or contact centers.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and multi-state compliance.
- HRIS proficiency (Paycor, UKG, Workday, ADP).
- MS Office skills with data analysis (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).
