📋 Description

  • Maintain HRIS and payroll data; support HR operations.
  • Oversee lifecycle activities: onboarding, moves, relocations, terminations.
  • Conduct onboarding check-ins at 3 weeks, 3 months, and 5 months.
  • Drive DEI initiatives and culture alignment.
  • Plan and deliver L&D sessions; coordinate internship and onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years HRBP experience delivering HR process improvements.
  • Experience in L&D initiatives and employee engagement.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities.
