π― Requirements
- Degree qualified or equivalent; CIPD qualification preferred.
- 5+ years HR experience; HRBP in a matrix environment; ER case mgmt.
- Supply Chain/Production exp is a strong asset.
- Change management experience in matrix, multi-site; strong stakeholder skills.
- German language skills are a plus, but not required; strong business acumen.
- Excellent organizational skills; proactive, able to influence and multi-task.
