📋 Description

• Lead culture development and change management for the new site.
• Partner with site leadership to translate priorities into people strategies.
• Design programs for employee engagement and experience.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention aligned with culture.
• Guide managers through performance management and feedback.
• Identify learning needs and partner with L&D on development programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 2+ years as HR Business Partner, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong culture development and change management expertise.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
• Knowledge of employment laws; HRIS and data analytics a plus.
