📋 Description

  • Culture Development & Change Management: Lead culture initiatives at the new site.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years as an HR Business Partner, preferably in Manufacturing and new-site/greenfield ops.
  • Strong expertise in culture development, change management, and associate engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices; HRIS and data analytics a plus.
