🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years as an HR Business Partner, preferably in Manufacturing and new-site/greenfield ops.
- Strong expertise in culture development, change management, and associate engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices; HRIS and data analytics a plus.
