  • Lead requirements gathering across HR workstreams for SAP SuccessFactors
  • Support SAP SuccessFactors implementation: SIT/UAT, integrations, data migration
  • Coordinate defect logging and resolution during testing phases
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams on configuration and enhancements
  • Drive legacy system clean-up and create clear documentation

  • Experience with HRIS platforms, ideally SAP or SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong understanding of the hire-to-retire lifecycle
  • Experience documenting requirements, process mapping, and stakeholder management
  • Analytical capability with data analysis and problem-solving
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate across regional teams
