📋 Description

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports on hiring, attrition, and headcount.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to analyze funnels, time-to-fill, and costs.
  • Provide data-backed insights on attrition risks and organizational health.
  • Ensure data accuracy across HRIS, ATS (Lever), and HR systems.
  • Build standardized reporting to reduce manual effort and improve timeliness.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses for leadership and workforce planning.

🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS in analytics, statistics, math, econ, HR, or related
  • Advanced degree or analytics cert a plus
  • Hands-on with HRIS and ATS (Lever preferred)
  • Experience supporting global or multi-regional teams
  • Data governance and data privacy awareness
  • Strong communication and business partnership skills
