- Build standardized reporting to reduce manual effort and improve timeliness.

🎯 Requirements
- BA/BS in analytics, statistics, math, econ, HR, or related
- Advanced degree or analytics cert a plus
- Hands-on with HRIS and ATS (Lever preferred)
- Experience supporting global or multi-regional teams
- Data governance and data privacy awareness
- Strong communication and business partnership skills
