Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports on hiring, attrition, and headcount.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to analyze funnels, time-to-fill, and costs.
Provide data-backed insights on attrition risks and organizational health.
Ensure data accuracy across HRIS, ATS (Lever), and HR systems.
Build standardized reporting to reduce manual effort and improve timeliness.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses for leadership and workforce planning.

🎯 Requirements

BA/BS in analytics, statistics, math, econ, HR, or related
Advanced degree or analytics cert a plus
Hands-on with HRIS and ATS (Lever preferred)
Experience supporting global or multi-regional teams
Data governance and data privacy awareness
Strong communication and business partnership skills
