- 3+ years of Workday or similar HRIS configuration
- Proficiency in Core HCM, Reporting, Onboarding, Time Tracking, Absence
- Operations mindset with analytics, problem solving, customer focus
- Experience diagnosing system errors and translating requirements into workflows
- Good judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Detail-oriented, organized, multitasking in a fast-changing environment
