Engineering Manager, Infrastructure & Security

📋 Description

• Lead Infrastructure as a product powering engineers and researchers.
• Build tooling in Go and Terraform; improve build speed and reliability.
• Own Security domain: IAM, MFA, SCIM; align with Legal and Compliance.
• Bridge Engineering and Research to operationalize Generative AI and CV pipelines.
• Hands-on, first-level manager; contribute 30-50% in Go/Terraform tooling.
• Platform runs on GCP; Kubernetes and Terraform at the core.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years software engineering foundation; clean, maintainable code.
• 2+ years infra/SRE/internal tooling; Kubernetes & Terraform.
• 1+ year people leadership experience.
• DX mindset; build tooling and intuitive workflows.
• Product mindset for infrastructure; focus on visibility and reliability.
• Cloud experience; GCP preferred; AWS also welcome; security basics.
