  • Assist members with housing searches, applications, and required docs.

  • Conduct VI-SPDAT and coordinate with Coordinated Entry Systems.
  • Coordinate move-in logistics, deposits, and landlord communication.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in housing navigation or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of homeless services systems, Coordinated Entry, VI-SPDAT.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (field work).
  • Highly organized with strong documentation skills.
  • Proficient with EHRs, HMIS, referral portals, and spreadsheets.
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish strongly preferred; others a plus).
