📋 Description

• Clean and maintain vacation rental properties to standards.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and move furniture as needed.
• Handle laundry and restock amenities for each home.
• Create a welcoming environment for guests and owners.
• Identify damages and create maintenance tickets as necessary.
• Maintain hot tubs; on-site training is provided.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in hotel/hospitality preferred.
• Housekeeping experience is a bonus; training available.
• Tech-savvy with mobile apps, tablets, and software platforms.
• Frequent travel between worksites; reliable transportation required.
• Dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and guest service orientation.
