📋 Description

• Professionally clean and maintain vacation rental properties per company standards.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wash all surfaces.
• Move portable furniture to clean under and behind.
• Assist with laundry and linen as needed.
• Create a welcoming environment by ensuring homes are clean and cared for.
• Identify damages and note repairs; create maintenance tickets as necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation, or similar industry preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience is a bonus but not required; training available.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software.
• Frequent travel between worksites; reliable personal transportation essential.
• Dependable, self-motivated; able to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable talking to people online or in person; clear, thoughtful communication.
