📋 Description

• Provide first-line IT support for macOS/Windows hardware and software.
• Escalate advanced issues; mentor IT Specialists.
• Troubleshoot complex SaaS tool issues (Okta, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack).
• Support onboarding/offboarding with secure provisioning via Okta.
• Identify AI opportunities to enhance IT workflows.
• Document procedures and coordinate with teams/vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years IT support, systems administration, or IT operations.
• Proficiency in macOS and Windows troubleshooting and administration.
• Strong familiarity with Okta and IAM (SAML, OAuth, SCIM).
• Understanding networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs.
• Experience leveraging AI or machine learning tools in IT ops.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
