- Oversee acquisitions and dispositions from contract to settlement
- Lead, train, and manage Transaction Coordinators and Settlement Processors
- Establish, track, and manage KPIs for all team members
- Hire, train, and mentor Transaction Coordinators
- Develop and update policies and training materials (videos/docs)
- Ensure CRM, listings, and documentation are accurate
- Resolve complex transaction issues with title, lenders, or partners
- Coordinate with Sales and Construction for smooth handoffs
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of people management in settlement, title, or transactions
- 5+ years of real estate transaction experience
- Proven experience managing high-volume acquisitions and dispositions
- Assertive and able to hold teams and partners accountable
- Strong work ethic and ownership mindset
- Ability to independently resolve complex real estate transaction issues
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
