📋 Description

  • Oversee real estate transactions from contract through closing.
  • Lead and train Transaction Coordinators; manage a high-volume pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of people management experience in settlement, title, or transaction management
  • 5+ years of real estate transaction experience
  • Proven experience managing high-volume acquisitions and dispositions
  • Assertive; able to hold internal teams and external partners accountable
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
