📋 Description

  • Manage acquisition and disposition transactions from contract ratification through settlement
  • Lead and develop Transaction Coordinators/Settlement Processors
  • Establish, track, and manage KPIs for the team
  • Hire, train, and mentor Transaction Coordinators
  • Coordinate with Sales and Construction teams for handoffs to closings
  • Review contracts and HUD/Closing Disclosure statements for accuracy

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of people management in settlement, title, or transaction management
  • 5+ years real estate transaction experience
  • Proven experience managing high-volume acquisitions and dispositions
  • Highly assertive; able to hold internal teams and external partners accountable
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
