📋 Description

  • Manage acquisitions and dispositions from contract ratification to settlement
  • Lead and develop the Transaction team; train and evaluate staff
  • Set up and monitor KPIs for the transaction team
  • Hire, supervise, train, and mentor Transaction Coordinators
  • Develop and update policies and procedures; create training documents
  • Resolve complex transaction issues and escalate with title companies and lenders

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years real estate transaction experience
  • 2+ years people management in settlement, title, or transaction management
  • Proven experience managing high-volume acquisitions and dispositions
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to independently resolve complex real estate transaction issues
