- Includes some shore-side guest activities such as beach barbecues.
- Rotational schedule: ~8 weeks on, 4 off; 12-hour days.
- Maintain CDC standards; coordinate with Head Chef and other dept heads onboard.
- Guest relations; participate in onboard functions.
- Safety & Security: member of the medical team; participate in drills and safety training.
π― Requirements
- 1+ year Hotel Manager on a passenger vessel
- Crisis management with quick, confident judgement
- Professional demeanor; tact and courtesy
- Strong time management; multitask and meet deadlines
- Excel/Word experience; Lotus on Windows
- STCW certs: Basic Safety; Crowd Mgmt; Crisis Mgmt; Maritime Security Awareness
