Execute services and catering/event requests following schedules to ensure guest satisfaction
Support setup and breakdown of services/events including workstations and dining
Collaborate with a team to meet time and quality standards with urgency
Assist in organization, cleaning and maintenance on tools and food service areas
Complete daily record keeping, tasks, and opening/closing checklists
Interact professionally with guests, supervisors and co-workers

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency certificate
4+ years food service experience in customer service role
2+ years of leadership experience
Self-motivated and proactive in a fast-paced environment
Advanced food safety and sanitation knowledge
Advanced allergen identification and dietary restrictions knowledge
