📋 Description

  • Conduct inspections before and after guest stays; document issues.
  • Restock consumables and inventory to keep FCS ready.
  • Leave hospitality touches for arriving guests (gifts, notes).
  • Handle basic maintenance and coordinate with Maintenance for larger issues.
  • Support turnovers with bedmaking, decor resets, and trash removal.
  • Respond quickly to urgent in-stay guest needs or issues.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years hospitality or property care experience
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Able to follow checklists and brand standards
  • Physically capable of lifting 25+ lbs and standing/walking
  • Strong communication skills and service-minded attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
