  • Detail-oriented and highly reliable
  • Ability to follow checklists and brand standards consistently
  • Physically capable of lifting 25+ lbs and standing/walking throughout the day
  • Strong communication skills and service-minded attitude
  • Comfort using mobile apps and task tracking tools
