Conduct home inspections before and after guest stays; document issues in task management systems
Restock consumables and inventory to maintain FCS readiness
Leave hospitality touches like gifts and welcome notes for arriving guests
Handle basic maintenance tasks and coordinate with Maintenance
Support turnovers with bedmaking, decor resets, tidying, and trash removal
Respond quickly to urgent in-stay guest issues when dispatched

🎯 Requirements

1+ years of experience in hospitality, property care, vacation rentals, or related field
Detail-oriented and highly reliable
Ability to follow checklists and brand standards consistently
Physically capable of lifting 25+ lbs and standing/walking throughout the day
Strong communication skills and service-minded attitude
Comfort using mobile apps and task tracking tools
