- Strong leadership with empathy; experienced in training and mentoring others.
- Advanced Practice Management Systems and MS Excel skills.
- Basic accounting skills.
- Ability to implement and enforce SOPs and hospital protocols to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction.
- Strong communication with hospital and corporate teams; confident decision-maker.
- Excellent problem-solving; handle conflict well; work under pressure.
- Passion for improving pets' and people’s lives.
