🎯 Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and Indiana licensure.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social work, grief counseling, bereavement, or related healthcare experience (hospice/palliative care preferred).
- Licensed Hospice Social Worker (or eligible) and strong counseling skills.
- Clean driving record; valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Willingness to travel within the designated area.
