Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Administer medication, wound care, treatments, procedures, and comfort care.
Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
Perform client assessments as necessary.
Occasional on-call after hours and weekends.

🎯 Requirements

A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in NJ.
A minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience.
Prior home care and/or hospice experience preferred, not required.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
