PRN RN will provide care coordination and support to hospice patients and families.
Assess patient needs and coordinate end-of-life care services.
Manage symptoms and provide pain control for patients.
Offer emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
Document care and ensure compliance with hospice policies.
PRN on-call schedule includes nights and weekends.

🎯 Requirements

RN licensure for the state of Ohio
Clean driving record, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
