Hospice Nurse Manager (RN)

📋 Description

• Lead and support the hospice field team (RNs, LPNs, HHAs).
• Oversee clinical case management and care planning.
• Review documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with IDG to develop individualized care plans.
• Develop and mentor field staff; onboarding and coaching.
• Ensure adherence to standards and QA initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Current RN license in New Jersey (or eligibility).
• BSN preferred; required where state regulations apply.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience; hospice/home care preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, symptom management, end-of-life care.
• Interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
