Provide home health aide, skilled nursing, and palliative care at clients' homes
Complete hospice visits across York, Lebanon, Lancaster, Dauphin, Perry, Adams counties
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary health care team
Deliver 1:1 patient care with flexible scheduling
Assist with activities of daily living and essential home care tasks
Maintain infection control and PPE protocols

🎯 Requirements

At least 1 year of work experience
Active PA Aide Registry in good standing
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
Criminal background check completed
Meet state requirements and uphold BAYADA values
