We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Project Manager to lead operations across our digital marketing accounts. This role is critical in driving executional excellence, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and keeping complex campaigns on track from kickoff to delivery.
You'll be the operational anchor across paid media, creative, and strategy teams—owning workflows, timelines, and client communication while scaling systems that support world-class marketing execution. Project Management & Workflow Oversight Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across multiple client accountsOwn project timelines, task dependencies, and deliverable schedules via tools like Monday.comLead internal and client check-ins to keep projects aligned and on trackEnsure high-quality deliverables through rigorous QC processes and team accountabilityMaintain visibility into project status across pods and proactively resolve blockers Client Communication & Coordination Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and proactive updatesTranslate client needs into actionable internal tasks, aligning timelines and expectationsLead client meetings, feedback loops, and overall relationship management Client Onboarding Oversight Own the onboarding experience for new clients—from documentation to kickoffCoordinate internal setup, assign responsibilities, and establish clear project scopesMaintain and evolve onboarding timelines, checklists, and SOPs Team Collaboration & Alignment Partner with Paid Media, Creative, Strategy, and Email teams to align on priorities, campaign readiness, and deliveryFacilitate cross-functional collaboration to maintain momentum and clarityMonitor team bandwidth and proactively flag risks, capacity concerns, or timeline conflicts Process & Operational Support Define and improve SOPs related to intake, QA, campaign execution, and reportingOptimize project delivery through data-driven insights and workflow enhancementsMentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of high performance and ownership What You Bring 5–7 years of project management experience in a digital marketing or agency environmentDeep understanding of digital marketing workflows, with experience across paid media, creative production, and performance strategyProficiency with project management platforms like Monday.com or AsanaStrong communication and client relationship management skillsAbility to lead cross-functional teams with clarity, calm, and a proactive mindsetStrong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple fast-moving projectsAvailability during U.S. business hours (EST/PST overlap preferred) Bonus Points Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Figma, or SlackExperience with QA/testing workflows for performance marketing deliverablesExposure to creative production processes (ad assets, landing pages, etc.) Additional Information Benefits:
