We’re looking for a Web Operations Specialist to support the maintenance and optimization of Contentful and other key software that power Hootsuite and Talkwalker’s web properties. As a CMS expert, you’ll partner closely with our marketing teams to create, manage, and optimize content that attracts, engages, and converts qualified prospects — helping to drive measurable growth and revenue.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Create, edit, organize, and publish website content within the headless CMS
- Ensure that web properties represent the Hootsuite and Talkwalker brands accurately, and provide an excellent web experience for prospects and customers alike
- Maintain and implement CMS roadmap with a focus on improving core web vitals and ensuring compliance
- Work with UX designers and developers to support and maintain CMS content model and design updates, focusing on implementing improvements based on priority and impact
- Perform regular content checks to identify gaps and redundancies, maintain content schedules, and consistently apply policies for web content, including style guides and accessibility standards
- Present tactical recommendations to stakeholders that align with overall priorities,and support compliance
- Support day-to-day CMS operations, including system reliability, scalability, and performance, and managing user permissions and workflows.
- Stay updated on digital trends, support team education and share new ideas and approaches.
- Work with marketing and technical stakeholders to coordinate and prioritize tasks, projects and initiatives based on effort and impact
- Support the technical implementation, deprecation, and optimization of tools related to the CMS
- Responsible for onboarding and set up of individuals within the CMS, both internal and contract
- Perform other related duties as assigned
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Minimum 3- 5+ yrs experience working with SAAS businesses in fast-paced digital marketing / web strategy teams
- Hands-on experience and understanding of headless CMS platforms (preferably Contentful) and project management tools like Jira, Wrike, and Confluence
- Attention to Detail. Meticulousness in managing content and ensuring its accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
- Proficient understanding of website design, UX, conversion optimization, and AIO/SEO principles.

- Project Management & Collaboration: Strong communication and project management skills to work effectively with both content and development teams.

- Technical Aptitude: A good understanding of basic web technologies, such as HTML/CSS, can be beneficial, though not required
