About Hootsuite and the Role

Strategic Account Executive, Enterprise Sales at Hootsuite in Paris, France. This role focuses on leading high-value enterprise deals, building long-term relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders, and driving revenue growth across Europe. You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and closing, partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Hootsuite's social media management platform.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles for strategic enterprise accounts
  • Develop strategic account plans and map customer needs to Hootsuite solutions
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and ROI/Business case analyses for executives
  • Lead negotiations, coordinate with legal/procurement, and close multi-million-dollar deals
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful deployment and ongoing adoption
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of closing large deals
  • Experience selling to C-level executives and procurement teams in Europe
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven forecasting
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; fluent in English; French language skills preferred
  • Based in Paris or willing to relocate/travel as needed
