📋 Description

• Partner with Sales to plan strategy and targets.
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover needs and opportunities.
• Deliver value-based presentations and product demos.
• Use storytelling and demos to present solutions.
• Manage trials to show value of Hootsuite.
• Facilitate customer workshops to surface business value.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Solutions Consulting or social/agency roles.
• Degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to explain how solutions work and their business value.
• Knowledge of social use cases in marketing, selling, and service.
• Familiarity with adtech and martech.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
