🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • Experience in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Thrives in a metrics-driven environment and is motivated by goals and incentives.
  • Empathetic communicator who balances compassion with confident sales execution.
  • Experience working remotely, managing time effectively, and staying connected to a virtual team.
