🎯 Requirements

  • Strong rapport-building and customer service via phone/text/email
  • Excellent verbal communication; explain complex hiring/compliance clearly
  • Strong organizational skills; manage multiple candidates across stages
  • Attention to detail for compliance and audit readiness
