π― Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years in recruiting, hiring, onboarding or high-volume hiring
- Strong rapport-building and customer service via phone/text/email
- Excellent verbal communication; explain complex hiring/compliance clearly
- Strong organizational skills; manage multiple candidates across stages
- Attention to detail for compliance and audit readiness
