Who you are
You are an AI-driven operator who thrives at the intersection of revenue, operations, and automation. The moment we connect a client with an agent or investor and when that referral turns into a successful transaction is the most important point in the business for the client, the agent, and HomeLight. You’re obsessed with making sure this process is seamless, accurate, and timely, so that revenue is realized without friction.
You are detail-oriented but also strategic, equally comfortable building scorecards to track operational health as you prototype AI workflows in tools like v0, Replit, Lovable, and Bolt. You are proactive, metrics-driven, and energized by the chance to help the business scale its most critical operations.

The following compensation information is provided to comply with job posting disclosure requirements in Colorado, New York, Washington, and California.Base Pay Range: $75,000 to $90,000 base pay will vary depending on several factors, such as the position, location, qualifications of the individual, market conditions, and other operational business requirements.
