We’re looking for a Sourcing Specialist who’s passionate about uncovering hidden talent and fueling the growth of unstoppable teams. You’ll focus on building diverse candidate pipelines, experimenting with AI-powered sourcing tools, and crafting outreach that reflects the Homebase brand.
This is a unique opportunity to advance your recruiting career while directly impacting how we hire the Homies who will help small businesses thrive. You’ll collaborate across the Talent team and cross-functional partners to deliver real results and raise the bar every step of the way. Partner with Recruiters to build, own, and nurture talent pipelines for technical and leadership roles.
Build diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and AI tools.
Craft outreach campaigns that reflect Homebase’s personable, straightforward, tenacious tone.
Track pipeline metrics and share insights with recruiters and hiring managers.
Stay close to industry trends and market signals — and turn them into smart sourcing strategies and sharper decisions
Learn and practice full-cycle recruiting skills with a clear growth path to Recruiter.
🚀 The Foundation for Success - These are the experiences and strengths that will set you up for success in this role:
2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience in a high-growth environment.
Experience running sourcing campaigns for technical and/or leadership roles.
Curiosity about recruiting and talent strategy.
AI fluency: demonstrated willingness to learn and experiment with AI tools in sourcing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
