Senior Organic Growth Manager

📋 Description

• Own organic growth strategy across site performance, SEO, Reddit, and offsite links.
• Collaborate with the web team, content, product marketing, and agencies to ship projects.
• Drive revenue impact through product positioning and organic growth strategies.
• Partner with the Manager, Organic Growth and cross-functional teams.
• Develop site performance, on-page SEO, and mobile optimization plans.
• Monitor results with Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker, and Amplitude.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-9+ years in organic growth, growth marketing, or SEO for B2B SaaS.
• Full-funnel marketer aligning organic growth to product and revenue.
• Technical partnership and end-to-end on-page SEO ownership.
• Community & offsite SEO mastery: Reddit, backlinks, citations.
• AI workflows experience or interest (AirOps, Claude API, Agent Builder).
• Data analytics with GA, Search Console, Looker, Amplitude; degree preferred.
