- Act as administrator and owner for Homebase’s marketing tech stack (CDP, marketing automation, ad-tech, tracking pixels, and tags)
- Maintain stack reliability and data accuracy; monitor ad platform integrations (Meta CAPI, Google Ads)
- Co-own GTM data quality with RevOps and Analytics; document configurations and best practices
- Build and manage audiences across marketing channels
- Partner with Analytics on attribution tooling and data inputs
- Oversee data governance across systems; ensure data is current and accurate
🎯 Requirements
- 5–8 years in Marketing Operations or Marketing Technology (agency or B2B SaaS)
- Hands-on admin experience with automation tools (Iterable, Hubspot, Marketo)
- Experience with CDP tools (Amplitude CDP, Segment) and data integrations
- Knowledge of pixels, tags, UTM tracking, and ad platform integrations
- Ability to map end-to-end marketing data flows and understand integration dependencies
- Proven track record of leading marketing ops projects and cross-functional alignment
