📋 Description

  • Assist with onboarding of WelbeHealth HCAs and vendor caregivers with HR coordination.
  • Ensure Home Care and Home Health documents are uploaded into Athena on time.
  • Produce monthly expiration reports for Home Care Authorizations and HCA Certifications.
  • Provide administrative support to Home Services operations and other disciplines as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings and scheduling for the team.

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency; experience may substitute.
  • Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years as Administrative Assistant.
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, able to work in a changing environment.
