Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions and repairs needed
Run detailed reports and take photos of properties
Assist construction and settlement teams with field tasks
Ensure punch-out items are complete and document construction progress photos
Inspect homes daily to track progress
Install/remove lockboxes and marketing materials; deliver equipment to houses

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Strong communication and computer skills
Licensed Home Inspector in MD/DC/VA preferred but not required
