Perform due diligence inspections on properties acquired by House Buyers of America
Run detailed reports and take photos of properties
Assist construction and settlement tasks in the field
Ensure punch-out items are complete and document construction progress
Inspect homes daily to monitor progress
Install/remove lockboxes and other marketing materials

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Great communication and computer skills
Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC or VA preferred but not required
