Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions and repairs needed
Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties
Assist construction and settlement teams with field tasks
Ensure punch-out items are complete; photograph construction progress
Inspect homes daily to track progress
Install/remove lockboxes and other marketing materials

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or higher
Great communication and computer skills
License as Home Inspector in MD, DC or VA preferred but not required
