Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions / specific repairs needed
Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties
Assist construction and settlement teams with field tasks
Ensure punch-out items are complete; take photos of construction
Inspect homes daily to ensure progress is made
Install/remove lockboxes and other marketing material

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Great communication and computer skills
Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC or VA preferred
