Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions and repairs needed
Run detailed reports and take photos of properties
Assist construction and settlement teams with field tasks
Ensure punch-out items are complete and document construction progress
Inspect homes daily to track progress
Install/remove lockboxes and marketing materials

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Great communication and computer skills
License considered; MD/DC/VA licensed home inspector preferred but not required
