Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions / specific repairs needed
Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties
Assist construction and settlement teams with field tasks
Ensure punch-out items are complete; take construction photos
Inspect homes on a daily basis to ensure progress is being made
Install/remove lockboxes and other marketing material

🎯 Requirements

You have a Bachelor's Degree or higher
You have great communication skills and computer skills
Licensed Home Inspector in MD/DC/VA preferred but not required
